Do you provide International delivery?
We do deliver worldwide however, there may be duty/import charges which you will be responsible for. Unfortunately, we cannot pay these charges nor advise you on their cost.
How do I return an item?
To return a product that you have bought on the website, please either bring in to store for a refund or send back in the post, Please do make sure to contact through either social media or the contact bar above.
What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately due to the nature of this shop, we cannot accept returns on items that are bought within store however Items bought online we will be able to grant a return unto 14 days from receiving the product..We will not refund if the tag has been tampered with or removed. This is because we would not be able to resale the item.
How do I track my order?
Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries, so please wait the full 5 working days for your delivery to arrive. Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us.
What are your delivery options?
All orders will be sent out via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery. If we receive your order before 3pm, Monday to Friday we will dispatch it the same day. If we receive your order after 3pm, we will try our very best to dispatch it that day, but during busy periods this may not be possible so orders will be dispatched the next
If you order after 3pm on a Friday, your goods will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Next day delivery orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will arrive on or before the following Monday. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.
